There was a day not too long ago that I literally wondered, WILL I EVER BE ABLE TO EAT PIZZA AGAIN??
DARN YOU THIRTIES. *shakes fist to the sky*
Anywho. I was wondering if I’d be able to eat pizza again. Pizza is one of my most faaaavorite foods and the thought on having to cut back on it in order to trim the pounds made me want to die. I mean, I’ll do it, but I wasn’t happy at the thought.
THEN. I found THIS recipe!!
It’s a clean pizza dough recipe and it only has TWO ingredients. TWO. You read that right, TWO. I use this dough recipe all the time and it’s seriously to die for delicious. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to make AND how inexpensive it is. And it’s not bad for you at all. It’s clean, which means that I’m going to make this once a week.
Yay for pizza being in my life again!!
Here’s the recipe. Pretty much the easiest thing you’ll ever make.
– 2 cups Wholemeal Self Raising Flour
– 200ml Greek Yogurt
– Knead flour and greek yogurt together until you have a well mixed dough.
– Divide into 2 or 8 or 10 even balls (depends on the size pizza you want).
– Roll out with a rolling pin and BOOM. It’s ready for toppings and baking.
Wanna freeze ’em? You can have these ready to go by stacking dough on top of each other with baking paper between. Then wrap the stack in cling film and freeze. To thaw, simply remove and out at room temp for about 5 minutes.
