We returned home from out of town and I had ZERO plans for dinner. We usually grab out in situations like that, but we are super penny pinching right now so we didn’t want to do that. So I tore apart Pinterest looking for a recipe of items that I had on hand, that I could quickly make, and that wasn’t loaded up with cheese.

I’m trying not to eat cheese at ALL- please don’t remind me. I’ve broken up with my love affair with cheese. It’s actually a good thing and I feel WAY better. But break ups are hard to do! More about THAT later.

SO. I searched and found this awesome recipe for Creamy Chicken Soup! It was easy, yummy, and I made enough for leftovers to last through the weekend. WINNING. Look how yummy this looks!

Isn’t that bowl to die for? I got it at Anthropologie. Shown here along with the best cutting board ever from Amazon. I also had the cutest little su chef helping me!

I wanted to give you a step by step about how I made this, but there really isn’t any better way to share this with you than to just link to the actual recipe! SO, you can find the recipe for this amazing soup HERE. It filled our bellies and even baby girl LOVED eating it! She gobbled some right up which is crazy because my boys STILL won’t eat soup. HA. She just is adventurous as ever and isn’t afraid to try new things.

I love that about her.

Mmmmm! I’m seriously in a soup kinda mood lately I think. It’s all this rain! It’s literally rained here for like, 2 days in sunny AZ and I just want to eat all the soup and watch every episode of Friends.

So anyways. Check out the recipe! Her blog is really cute and the soup is REALLY good. I paired it with bread and butter and it was so YUM.

Happy eating!
